WEEK 01 · DIAGNOSE & VALIDATE

Know what is strong—and what needs proof.

WEEKLY OBJECTIVE

Separate validated strengths from assumptions that still need evidence.

How we work

Map the customer problem and target segment, review the evidence you have, compare alternatives and build an initial unit-economics baseline. Use AI to organise competitor research, then check key sources and assumptions.

FOUR STARTUP-READINESS CHECKS

  • 01 · Product–Market Fit
Assess the customer problem, target segment, evidence of demand and validation gaps.
  • 02 · Competitive Advantage (MOAT)
Map alternatives and identify what differentiates the business and may be difficult to copy.
  • 03 · Unit Economics Baseline
Organise available acquisition, revenue, margin and servicing-cost assumptions.
  • 04 · Competitor Benchmarking
Compare relevant competitors and funded peers across positioning, traction and business model.
Working output
Gap assessment, competitor comparison and prioritised assumptions to validate.
Practical work between sessions

Collect customer evidence, note missing data and prioritise the assumptions you need to validate before further spending.

WEEK 02 · BUILD THE MODEL

Turn the idea into a credible business case.

WEEKLY OBJECTIVE

Explain how the business will acquire customers, create value and grow.

How we work

Apply the Business Model Canvas, choose priority customers and channels, examine the operational needs of scale and connect growth drivers to valuation assumptions. Use AI to compare options and challenge the logic.

FOUR STARTUP-READINESS CHECKS

  • 05 · Business Model Canvas
Clarify customer segments, value proposition, channels, revenue and key costs.
  • 06 · Go-to-Market Strategy
Define priority customers, acquisition channels and the route to initial or repeat sales.
  • 07 · Scalability & Scale Plan
Identify what must change in operations, team and economics as the business grows.
  • 08 · Growth Drivers & Valuation
Map the evidence and assumptions that influence growth potential and valuation discussions.
Working output
Business model, GTM priorities, growth milestones and key valuation assumptions.
Practical work between sessions

Draft your business model and GTM priorities, test the main cost and revenue assumptions and define measurable growth milestones.

WEEK 03 · STRUCTURE THE DEAL

Prepare the company for investor scrutiny.

WEEKLY OBJECTIVE

Identify the ownership, financial and governance gaps investors may examine.

How we work

Review the company structure and cap table, map the documentation needed for a financial data room and discuss governance and decision rights. Flag areas that require an accountant, company secretary or legal adviser.

FOUR STARTUP-READINESS CHECKS

  • 09 · Organisational & Legal Structure
Review the structure and identify areas that may need professional or legal attention.
  • 10 · Cap Table & Shareholding
Map current ownership and understand how proposed investment may affect dilution.
  • 11 · Financial Data Room & Diligence
List key company, financial, commercial and supporting records to organise.
  • 12 · Board Structure & Governance
Understand decision rights, board arrangements and governance questions investors may raise.
Working output
Structure and documentation gap list across ownership, finance, governance and diligence.
Practical work between sessions

Organise available records, update the ownership picture and create a prioritised documentation and professional-review gap list.

WEEK 04 · PREPARE TO RAISE

Build a focused path to suitable investors.

WEEKLY OBJECTIVE

Connect the funding route, deal considerations and outreach to your startup’s stage.

How we work

Compare suitable funding sources and instruments, examine term-sheet questions, map investors by sector, stage and ticket size, and structure an introduction and follow-up sequence. Use AI to support research and verify investor information.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Your questions, answered.

How is the cohort different from the ₹99 workshop?

The 90-minute workshop introduces the new approach, AI-backed research and investor terms. The ₹19,999 cohort is four guided sessions over four weeks in which you apply 16 readiness checks to your own business. Workshop attendance is not required.

Can I join without revenue or a finished MVP?

Yes, if you have a defined idea or startup to work on and are ready to validate assumptions. Your evidence and next milestones will reflect your stage. The programme does not make an early idea automatically investable.

How much time should I commit?

Plan for four live sessions of around 90–120 minutes each, plus time between sessions to work through your checks. The value comes from applying the framework, not attendance alone.

Is this one-to-one mentorship or a done-for-you service?

No. This is a group learning and working programme. Batch capacity expands with enrolment, as shown in the availability panel. You develop your own outputs. Personalised ongoing handholding, specialist execution and finished deliverables require a separate engagement.

Will I be investor-ready or funded in four weeks?

The programme helps you assess readiness and structure your preparation. The work needed depends on your starting point and execution. It does not certify readiness or guarantee funding, meetings or a valuation.

When does the cohort start? What if the date does not work?

Batch dates are yet to be announced. After verified payment we will contact you with the schedule and joining details. You may request a full refund before a start date is agreed. After that, the published cancellation policy applies.

What happens if I miss a session or payment is interrupted?

Session recordings are included so you can revisit the material. If checkout is interrupted, use Resume payment or Check payment status on the form. If charged, check status or contact us before paying again.
