The service, booking process and responsibilities.

1. Service provider and scope

www.prafulchatrapati.com is operated by Inflow Influencers LLP under Startupinflow and presents mentoring services with Praful Chatrapati. These terms apply to website use, enquiries and the introductory meeting. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. The introductory meeting

The introductory offer is one 45-minute, one-to-one online mentor meeting for ₹499. It is intended to discuss your startup, funding readiness, priorities and potential fit for mentorship. Ongoing handholding, detailed deliverables, preparation work, investor outreach or other services require a separate written scope and fee agreement. The introductory fee does not enrol you in an ongoing programme.

3. Booking, payment and delivery

Provide accurate contact details and meeting information. Where the integrated booking form is available, submitted enquiry details are saved before payment, as explained beside the form. Payments are processed by Razorpay. The payable amount is displayed before you authorise payment.

After payment confirmation, continue to Calendly and select an available slot. Payment alone does not reserve a specific date or time; select a slot and check your booking confirmation. The online meeting takes place at the confirmed time using the joining information in that confirmation. No physical product is supplied and no shipping is involved.

If payment succeeds but you cannot schedule, contact us with your payment reference. Do not make a second payment for the same meeting before checking the first payment’s status.

4. Attendance and meeting changes

Join on time with a suitable internet connection and your main questions ready. Late arrival may reduce the discussion time available. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 24-hour cancellation cutoff.

5. Nature of guidance

Mentoring provides business perspectives and guidance. It is not a promise of funding, investor introductions, a particular valuation, business growth or any other commercial outcome. Investment and engagement decisions depend on the parties involved and the startup’s circumstances. You remain responsible for your business decisions and execution. Seek appropriately qualified legal, tax, financial or other professional advice for decisions that require it.

6. Responsible use and information

Use the website and meeting lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate someone else, submit misleading information, interfere with payment or website systems, or provide information that you are not authorised to share. Do not submit banking passwords, card security codes or payment PINs. The service is intended for adults able to enter into a binding agreement.

Do not assume that submitting an enquiry creates a non-disclosure agreement. If sensitive business information needs special confidentiality terms, agree those terms before sharing it. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Website content and third-party services

Website materials are for your personal evaluation and use of the service. Do not reproduce or misrepresent them without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party payment, scheduling and linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Availability can be affected by maintenance, internet connections or provider outages; contact us if an interruption affects a paid meeting.

8. Changes, disputes and applicable rights

We may update future offers and these terms. The terms and cancellation policy accepted for an existing booking continue to govern that booking unless a change is agreed or required by law. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Contact us first to seek resolution of a concern; nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
