How we handle your enquiry, booking and payment information.

1. Who operates this website

This website, www.prafulchatrapati.com, offers startup mentoring with Praful Chatrapati under Startupinflow, operated by Inflow Influencers LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy applies to enquiries and meeting bookings made through this website.

2. Information we collect

• Details you submit: your name, email address and mobile or WhatsApp number. Earlier versions of our form also collected startup stage and meeting priorities.
• Booking and transaction records: enquiry status, enquiry consent records and any policy acceptance records collected by earlier form versions, payment status, order and payment references, and relevant support correspondence.
• Limited technical information used for website operation, security and abuse prevention, such as connection information, security logs and booking session identifiers.

Your enquiry details are saved when you submit the booking form, before checkout opens. They may therefore be retained even if you close checkout, payment fails or you choose not to pay. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information or confidential third-party information in support correspondence.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to your enquiry, understand your meeting priorities, process and reconcile payments, arrange meetings, handle cancellations and refunds, maintain business records and protect the website. We may contact you about your submitted enquiry or meeting by email, phone or WhatsApp. We do not sell your personal information. Consent to enquiry follow-up is not consent to unrelated advertising.

4. Service providers and payments

We use hosting and database services provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare to operate the website. Razorpay processes payments; when checkout opens, your submitted name, email and contact number may be used to prefill it. We receive payment references and status, but do not collect or store your full card details, CVV, banking password or UPI PIN.

Calendly is used to schedule meetings after successful payment. Information you enter on Calendly is handled under its own privacy policy. Relevant providers may process information outside your location, subject to their terms and applicable requirements.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Hosting, security, payment and scheduling providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver their services. The booking flow uses browser session storage for a booking reference so you can resume checkout or check payment status. Clearing that storage can remove this convenience. Third-party content and linked websites may have their own practices. We use Meta Pixel (ID 1720227682757557) to measure page visits, booking interest, saved enquiries, checkout starts and verified paid meetings, and to help measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive technical identifiers, page URLs and event information and may use cookies such as _fbp and _fbc to associate activity with its services. Our event code does not include the name, email, phone number or details you share, and automatic advanced matching is not enabled by this integration. You can turn advertising tracking off using the Ad tracking control in the website footer; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also disable this integration. 6. Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including handling enquiries, providing services and meeting applicable accounting, dispute and legal requirements. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards; no online system can promise absolute security. Data requests are handled subject to identity verification and any records we must retain.

7. Your requests and choices

You can contact us to request access to or correction of your information, request deletion where applicable, raise a privacy concern or withdraw consent to further enquiry follow-up. Withdrawal does not undo prior processing or automatically cancel a paid booking. Use the Refund & Cancellation Policy for booking changes.
